Cancellation & Refund Policy: We understand that cancellation of registration is sometimes unavoidable. Registration may be canceled on or before a date 15 days prior to the start of the conference, and refunds for conference registration will be less membership fees. All refunds will be by check only for accounting and bookkeeping purposes. All refunds will be made AFTER annual conference. AAIM must make hotel/conference commitments regarding meal and ticketed functions, therefore, no refunds will be granted within 15 days of the start of the conference. All cancellations and refund requests must be sent in writing by email to the conference chair. AAIM is not be responsible for cancellations necessitated by weather conditions, transportation issues, or other factors beyond the association’s control.
